The price of mining materials and remote miners has skyrocketed. It can only be assumed that various races are preparing for war by stockpiling huge reserves of minerals.
These fleets would most likely have a large number of escorting warships but could be considered a viable target. Such a blow would be unexpected and devestating.

Deliveries have been made to Rough Shod, Scat, and Ney.
