To allow the "honourable" to "backstab".

Standard no pre-game alliance Game with following rule:

All NAP, Tech Trading, and Alliance agreements must have the following clause:

"Notwithstanding any other clause, this agreement may be terminated on notice via the game messaging" i.e. a player may attack another on the same turn notice of termination is given via the game messaging.

We should create some interesting tensions between the benefits of alliance versus security. Very Happy
