The spirit of the rule is that the observer/builder planets and ships would be left alone.

If you're *dying* to know what the ship and stations designs are that I have sitting there feel free to toss a chaff or two with hostile orders in there.

I do not take any responsibility for what happens in the planetary orbit if someone does do that. Shocked
