I have followed the thread concerning player rank, and it is my impression that it has generated a lot of responses and many interested readers, but only a relatively few people have provided input as to whether or not we should do this.
It is my opinion that most believe the idea will die on the vine, but we cannot be sure so I made the questions in this thread to determine what the community really thinks of the idea. I hope it will allow us to move from a discussion of what this ranking system will do and move to a discussion of how to do it, or just drop the idea completely.
