BREAKING NEWS *** Glorious Victory on Walla Walla *** BREAKING NEWS
It has been five years since the beginning of the great war against the evil Platypi  . During that time, we have lost many beatiful planets and many our brothers were killed, but finally we managed to score a major winning battle against our enemies. It has been confirmed that our forces have managed to destroy a significant enemy contingent attacking Walla Walla, without losing a single warship.
Special statement made by general Misza just few minutes ago right from the HQ press center:
- "This is a great day and might even become a turning point in this war. The whole battle will of course undergo further analysis by our generals, but it seems that the evil Platypi have simply underestimated our capabilities. All the credit from this success goes to our best field commanders stationing at Walla Walla and the brave pilots."
John Hornet, head commander of Walla Walla defense fleet:
- "This battle is a great example of a coordinated defense of an inferior and determined force. The key tactic was not very refined however. The enemy, overly fond of their deadly torpedoes stood completely clueless when we began throwing kilotons of junk metal against them. Meanwhile, our brave cruiser pilots came closer, forcing enemy battleships to retreat. While the enemy was distracted, happily shooting our chaff, the cruisers ripped their shields apart and our few (compared to the enemy) battleships finished the work with "said-to-be-inferior" Jihad missiles."
All the enemy warships have been destroyed, including 6 "Big bosses" - the main evil Platypi battleships. On our side, we lost only 600 chaff ships and not a single warship. General Misza hopes that this battle shows other races that the evil Platypi are a much lesser threat if they are unable to concentrate their forces.
Meanwhile, our scientists at the TX-13 facility report that they have begun work upon a new electronical device, codenamed "Robber Baron". It is said that soon we'll be able to take a new type of revenge against the evil Platypi and really "destroy many beautiful palaces, irreplaceable statues and revered temples" like they were accusing us of.
