Spartins settled this particular instance, by changing their player relations before they actually dropped (in fact, before we even started this discussion) Very Happy

In as far as how another player could 'manipulate' this process and 'drop' without dropping, here is my response:

1) If a player does not submit for 5 turns, then I will consider them to have dropped.

2) If a player is clearly making token uploads, purely for another races benefit, then I would consider that abuse. (Ever hear about 'twin race' designs where a HE builds up and a HP takes over?) I will not be impressed if I see races 'commiting suicide' Mad

Listen up players: If you want to drop, drop. If you are going to keep playing then **KEEP PLAYING**. Rolling Eyes
