Low Growth Races

Am wondering, has anyone gotten a 10%-14% growth rate race to gain 25,000 resources by 2450? I know some AR can make this mark with lots of planets, but can any other race do this is a semi-competitive manner? I'm just wondering since stars! is already lopsided to higher growth races (being there is too little to buy that can make up for truly low growth races). I like having less people to deal with frankly. If they were viable I'd have played research races Crying or Very Sad

. Oh well. As it is I'll just stick with AR and -F for most games(which are as close as it gets). I've tried looking at RGCS but haven't found anything except for AR, and Epsilon Pegasi was mentioned but its down now? I need to launch my own stars! site someday, I have access to this beautiful T1 line but oh well.

PS: Ron, is there any way to make a custom dictionary for this site that includes Stars! terms and ignores numbers? I use the spell check almost every post now.
