Greetings to all from the High Emperor of the Desquis.

We have followed the Loron revolution with great interest, as we follow the Prime Directive of involving ourselves in the affairs of lesser races at every opportunity.

To our disappointment, it appears the new management of Loron Heavy Industries are just as unresponsive as the old regime, despite the regular press statements. Our emissary has so far been unsuccessful in obtaining an audience.

Perhaps Loron management have secluded themselves for an extended planning conference, which is understandable, but we suggest they appoint a steward to oversee things in their absence.

Thus I relay to you the words of the High Emperor of the Desquis (may his star shine forever brightly)
