Only begginers may choose CA, beginner means 5 or less MP games started
turn gen is every M-T-W-T-F, if 3 players request slow down it will be every M-W-F.
If you miss 4 turns you will be set to inactive, game will be put on hold, and I will search for a replacement.

Winning Conditions

Each PRT has a diffrent VC, first race to obtain his VC wins, once your PRT has been researved I will send you your VC, all VCs will be kept secret unless the current holder wants to disclose his VC or his race is killed.
