So in other words if I am my Nemesis's Nemesis and he drops out then I am given myself as a target to exterminate? Hit over head

Fantastic! I always wanted to do that before someone else does. Well that ever clears up a lot of things. Then it is possible to win without ever seeing an enemy planet. Look at the diplomatic power here: "Alright you guys, turn your fleets around right now or I'll kill myself and win!" Disco

Thanks for the hint Steve. I guess it mostly depends on what you are drinking whether you see an enemy planet or not. Well then, huge packed distant, the usual game question would be when do we start? But in this case it has to be... what are the retirement benefits? Crazy
