In my original message about the game I think that I had said that the game would be generated five days a week. For the first fourteen years of the game it would be generated twice a day. That is why we generated thursday at 13:00 GMT, Friday at 01:00 GMT, and Friday at 13:00 GMT. The next turn will be generated on Monday at 01:00 GMT at which point the schedule will be reset to turn generation every thirteen hours or when everyone has submitted until Friday at 13:00 GMT at which point the game will go on hold again for the weekend. The following monday will see two turn generations if we have not already reached the fourteenth year of the game, and then the turn generation will be reduced to once a day at 01:00 GMT monday to friday (although turns can be generated earlier if everyone has submitted). If, people submit fast enough that we can get ahead of the schedule each week, the schedule will be reset each friday to ensure that the game generates on the following monday.

I hope that this clears up some of the confusion.
