Some of the answers are incorrect and sometimes when you select the correct answer, it does not credit you with them.
Like on their HW, Joats do get more minerals than other races and you did not include this. So all in all, by a slight margin, and Joat will extract slightly more minerals out of the same planets as a non-Joat, plus when you get to MC of one, they again get more minerals.
