Browsing around this site I got the feeling that I am not ready to join a real game yet. How on earth (any other planet is the same thing) do they reach the 25K limit by 2450?!?
I Would like to start a not too large game with some absolute newbies. My ideas: Agree on a race for all to play first, some discussion about moves outside the game, play up to a certain resource limit, then start something real.
The reason for this sandbox is, that I feel reluctant to invite Mentors / Tutors to my game: It can't be fun to watch such a cripple lose.
As to something real: In phase two I would like to invite mentors. I think it can be fun if they ally one on one with the beginners, playing a race with a few hundreds left over racial traits points, thus partially relying on their tutoring skills.
So:
I need 3 to 5 volunteers for torture and at an uncertain time in the future the same number +1 of experienced players. Would be nice to have some of the latter around while the sandbox is up in about a week or so.
Despite the general belief, it is possible to compare apples and oranges. Report message to a moderator
