Re: Is StarsEd editor still available?

After more checking with google I've finally found a solution to make StarsEd work on win10 comp: the file Msflxgrd.ocx should be copied and registered in SysWOW64 folder.
So after running StarsEd for the first time in 12 years I found out it can't edit AI races. My memory is really getting old.

I'm back to the starting square. Eh... Sad
