NEW GAME
huge universe,packed,distant,abbs,slow tech,pps
there will be 4 teams of 3 positions each
each team will preferabably be run by one person
each team will be placed together in the universe
there are no other restrictions
please send race files to teckno@commspeed.net
play will begin within 1 week of receiving the 4th set of files

I suggest getting divorce first... might as well get it over with ahead of time... Very Happy then quit your job and ask God to slow the earth rotation down 50% or more if he wouldn't mind please... Very Happy How often will the turns gen? weekly or semi-monthly? Very Happy

no need for divorce just understanding spouse

there are no other restrictions


cheating is permitted?... if you have the time to do that too...

and game will end not less than one year after that... if you're lucky... and if God came through... except for those who pass away from old age...

last game went for almost 18 months


what patch version do the victims use and how will turns be submitted, etc.

version 2.7 jrc3 of course and by way of autohost of course
there is no other way

Dunno... thats most hard part that host has to do: define and detect cheating. Lot of cheats are known, look that post:

Dunno... thats most hard part that host has to do: define and detect cheating. Lot of cheats are known, look that post:

that was my point. the only cheat I consider true is the one where they used a binhex program to acually change info while the program was running.

everything else (chaff, split fleet dodge, etc) has been known for a long time and yet the Jeff's haven't done anything so I consider them part of the game

to everybody else

I have two spots left.
I have been playing this type of game for several game now the turns only take about an hour till late game then only an hour and a half but it rund every 50 hours then so ya got time

SS pop steal is rather nasty one, true game breaker actually if you concentrate on it early.

Cheap orbitals can help a lot in early expansion, minefield immunity in attack.

Finally i have seen that extensive battleboard overload and minimum damage exploiting causes the game to crash when generating so host has to reload the backup.

Exploiting these features always involves decent amounts of MM so your game will be even more MM heavy than usual.

Huge, packed, all cheats allowed and each player play 3 races. Shocked

What the hail. That's only 240 or so planets and rising as you conquer your neighbor races. Anybody can knock that out in an hour and a half. Laughing And God didn't make the little green apples, and it don't rain in Indianapolis in the summer time... Very Happy
