Any thoughts or comments? Anyone know anyone who would be interested in joining our shorthanded team? If not, I guess we should at least staggar the uploads like EDog suggests.

Ok, I've got someone. He's actually an excellent player. He taught me everything I know about Stars. He's cringed after looking at the race, but he's up for the challenge. Please contact Dom at dhumphrey@ea.com. He'll need to be set up with forum access, and the upload password if it hasn't been posted already.
Also, he'll need the up to date history file, Joseph.

Hello all 
I've started submitting turns for the Shades so please don't overwrite them. Do you want me to take over the Atreides as well till whomever was playing them comes back -- currently I'll assume you don't but let me know either way so I don't blow away anyone elses upload.
According to what I've read, my goal with this, um, 'uniquely designed'  race is to scout, cause panic and fear, and be used for supporting ships (overcloakers where necessary, our-space anti-scout interceptors, etc...). Do we know if they have an IS? If not, this race may actually be somewhat fun...
PS: I'll be teching in Electronics once this race's economy gets going ( man I kill me some times).
PPS: Any requests for anything in the interim?
PPPS: Tip of the day: Mine sweeping is done in player order, and within that, fleet id order. If our mine-layer friend starts trying to lay mind-numbingly large fields, make sure that you sort your fleets in id order with the lowest id being farthest away from him. Starbases always sweep after fleets in planet id order (left to right).
