Hi All,

I need a few more players for a stars game to startup soon (by early July, 2003). Any and all players welcome!

Game Conditions

Galaxy Size: depends on #players (but ~40 worlds per player), distant staring locations, high or packed density (depends on #players), advanced BBS, no public scores, slower tech, galaxy clumping.

No pre-game team arrangements.

Victory conditions

Player 1 requires 140% of player 2's score anytime after turn 70.

Game play

3 turns genned at 24 hour intervals for first week, thereafter 1 turn genned every 60 hours, all via autohost. No game holds other than christmas and easter.


Email me to join in! Attach 1) race file, 2) name or your race's supreme leader, and 3) your race's email address.

 Maybe you should do gens a tad more frequently for the first 30 turns...little happens for the first 20 at least.

Does this mean that the first week will have 3x7 = 21 years genned ? i.e. 3 years each 24 hours.

Yes, that's the intention. 21 turns will be genned in the first week to get things moving along quickely.

Yes, our games have merged into one. I got 4 races from abaddon, but I don't remember "sprocket" being among them. If you haven't recieved mail from me about the game, then no I didn't get your race file.

The game has been submitted to Ron for startup but hasn't actually begun yet (as Ron has been busy at work). So if you get me your J4 patched race file VERY promptly, I might still be able to include you.

Email it to me at waysoftheearth@yahoo.com.au and I'll see what I can do. Please include the name of your race's supreme leader...
