We should not let a single turn pass without trading some sort of tech, if we want to keep the edge over our enemies. I fear our technology is already lagging.
The next three turns straight, we need Con tech. After that we can go to weapons 12 and then to energy 10 which I should have by then. Con 13 will have the utmost priority though.

We can't assume everybody will get the needed levels every turn and maybe we'll avoid such long delays. Build an extra turn of lambs.
The Joats were supposed to send the lmabs to their own w/l site thisd turn, what happened?
We need to run more than one w/l at a time and let people pick their tech. I am not happy at all about picking up 1 tech from w/l in the last 6 turns.

I'll send the armed ones to the wolves this year while the con lambs move into position at Little Brother (They better!). I'll scrap the unarmed lambs as before, since they will evidently be of no further use.

Go ahead and send your weapons lambs to the wolves but remember to target an opposing ship and remove your w-10 wolves from the w/l sites so I can gain tech this turn.
I (as Joat) will send the c-9 lambs to the w/l site at arafat so you can get c-9. The other will get one or the other.
