Just bumping this up so I can find it again. And it's a good topic to have handy.

For the curious and obsessive-compulsive, I calculated the fuel efficiency numbers for the enigma pulsar engine (using the formula found here http://starsautohost.org/sahforum/index.php?t=msg&th=218 8):

W1: 0
W2: 0
W3: 0
W4: 0
W5: 0
W6: 65
W7: 75
W8: 85
W9: 95
W10: 105

Those are the numbers my fuelusage calculator uses. Cool

Playing around with MT toys, I found that the jump gate does not work unless every ship in the fleet has one. I tried sticking a gated DD with freighters that didn't have the gate, sort of expecting to see the DD gate and leave the freighters behind, but instead nothing travels. Split the DD out and it gates. I checked with having greater quantities of jump gate ships and more massive jump gates ships, but it is all or nothing.

I could have sworn that info was in the helpfile. Confused But it's good to have it where most players can check it. Deal
