In the later years there was Partners in Time now we take you back to the start of it all with
Partners Back in Time
This stunning prequel to the Partners in Time game has some of the features of the original game but many improvements.
Come ones, come twos and join the latest partners game.
Here is the game outline:
As the host will be playing in this game, once you have your partner, it is required that you exchange your upload passwords and race file passwords.
Any players that miss three or more consecutive turns without giving the host warning will be set to inactive. After six consecutive misses the game will be put on hold to determine if a replacement player is required.
Chaff is allowed, as is the split fleet dodge. All other cheats are banned.
There will be public player scores after 100 years (this time I promise that the player scores will not be public before that time ).
The game will be using Stars! 2.6j/2.7j unless "everyone" responding indicates they want to use VML.
Universe size: 4-10 players medium, 12-16 player large
Density: Normal
Player Positions: Distant
Checked Items: Accelerated BBS Play (only)
In game winning conditions will be set in the game so that a winner is guaranteed to be announced at 100 years so that we can have public player scores.
The actual winning partnership will be decided on by a vote (can be called at anytime) of the remaining partnerships or by owning 75% of all the planets.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Players can create their race files with their partner once they are paired up. Once people have expressed an interest in playing a neutral third party will randomly pair players up, at which time they can create their race files together and submit them to me.
Players are limited in the number of races that can be set to neutral or friendly according to the following rules. Years 2400-2430 up to one half of the total number of players playing can be set to friendly (including your partner) and all others can be set to neutral if so desired. From 2431-2460 only one race that is not your partner can be set to friendly and one half of the total number of players in the game need to be set to enemy. From 2461 to the bitter end the only race that can be set to anything other than enemy is your partner.
If you have any questions about this game or would like to join up drop a line here, send me a private message, or send me an e-mail at tjl128@mail-nospam-.usask.ca (removing -nospam- of course).

No problems with lack of experience. The AutoHost system is quite easy to use. For example take a look at:
http://library.southern.edu/stars/games/ctf.htm
This is a game that is just starting that I am playing in. My race the Shadallolves is seventh in the list of races down the left hand side.
- Once the game was generated I received an e-mail letting me know the location of the game page (shown above) and my upload password.
- I then followed the link to the page and near the top of the page clicked on Universe definition file.xy which then prompted me to save the games .xy file. I saved this into a new directory that I created for this game.
- Then I scrolled down the list of races until I found my race, the Shadallolves (seventh race).
- I clicked on ctf.m7 on the right hand side across from my race name. This file, (my turn file) I also saved into the game directory I had created.
- At this point I opened stars and loaded up the ctf.m7 file, played my turn, and using "Save and Submit" saved my game.
- Returning to the game page shown above, I clicked on Upload Turn.
- On the page that comes up I clicked on Browse... and located and selected the ctf.x7 file that was created in my game directory when I did my "Save and Submit".
- Finally I entered my upload password that I had been given in the password box, and clicked on Submit your .x file.
- That is it, nice and easy. Then after a few minutes I return to the game page to ensure that the date and time on the far right of my races row indicates that the file was uploaded recently.
Hopefully I have not made this too confusing. There are always people who are willing to help out, and you will have a partner who can help you with most things.

How to make race , recive password etc.

Okay, well there are many, many great resources on creating a race. Personally I read through the Stars! Strategy Guide available at Stars! Waypoint Zero:
http://www.crisium.com/stars/strategy.htm
You will also be creating your race with your partner to attempt to take advantage of each other's race characteristics. Therefore, your partner will be able to assist you quite a bit. As I do not know if you have ever created a race file before, I will leave it at telling you about the strategy guide, that once you have Stars! open you can click on file and then Custom Race Wizard to start designing a race (using the help in the wizard is often helpful), and then let your partner help you if you need more than that. You will receive your upload password once the game is generated and posted to the AutoHost site. I will make sure that you know when that happens.

Sure thing, I have you on my list now.

But i'm only a noob on net . I played stars before

No problem, I was a noob to AutoHost style of game play not too long ago myself.
