Reading through the mails with game editing requests I guess one idea can be interesting. What if, let's say temperature would be distributed from the left (min values) to the right side (highest values) of the universe. At the same time, let's say gravitation will be distributed from the lowest on the top of map to the highest on the bottom. Players, or teams, started in their "native" corner, having knowledge of the corner specific before the game. But the challenge will be to take over whole the galaxy, with the different environment. Thoughts, comments? Wish to host or play?

An intriguing concept... how much effort does it take to prepare such a universe?
The reason I'm asking is I wanted to see a test universe to see how it pans out in a medium dense setting with say about 6-9 players.. and how much of a difference immunity / wide habs make.
I know my minefields.. but I'm a chaff sweeper.
I used to curse when I got stuck in traffic... till I realised I AM traffic.Report message to a moderator
