I started with the rules from the last set of duals, expanded it to 4 players and I've set it up so I can check for cheats on an ongoing basis.
This is the third game in the series.
My understanding is that JOAT starts off too fast while CA & HE-f become to strong later. It may be an idea to play this same type of game with only JOAT/CA/HE-f as the races

Ah, explains it a bit... but even so, disables the JOAT horribly.
