if it was dropbox, you can recover the files.
if it was a private duel, you can check your oubox .. or ask your opponent if he has your .x file (if he's genning the turns).
if you were genning the turns, then you are out of luck... practically speaking.

Are you and slim playing a duel too? Nice..

(coz he said the game he was talking about wasn't on SAH).

Somethng you might consider when doing tech drops is to create a custom transport order in your transport drop-down. I created one for myself called "Tech Drop" which sets my ship to drop exactly 4kt of colonists. So all I do is select "transport" as my waypoint task and then from the blue diamond dropdown menu to the right I select "Tech Drop". I find this arrangement has resulted in far fewer errors on my part.

That's a pretty good idea. Wish I had space left in my custom orders for it. Deal

I usually resort to sorting the Fleet Report by Task. That tends to group the ships with special orders so I can review them faster and more efficiently. Whip

I've got 3 custom orders:

TechPopUp (loads 400)
TechPopDown (unloads 400)
UpCol

QuickDrop seems to cover virtually evry other requirement.

The Up and Down are because I like, where possible, to have the drop sites within 1 turn transport distance, so I can set auto pop drops running and never have to reset it.

Have to say, of all the things I like to get right first time are pop drop set ups. Hence, the orders.

What do you use tech pop up for?
Unless you mean set waypoint to 400.. (or better still 200).

Edit - Ah, nvm.
Btw, I load 100kt and set repeat orders at 2 planets with drop 400.
The other player already has 200 on ground, and has the same order set.

Get's a bit complicated when I do WP0, he drops WP1 and then I do WP1 again.
