how to get the full game?

hello, how to get the full game stars?
iam willing to pay for it.. but i cant find any place on the internet to download the full game with all features. i hope someone can help me.

�: and how to start it on a w7 64bit system? i cant start the "trail" version (or what ever) :/

�2: and how about Stars! Supvernova Genesis. Afaik this game was allmost done in ~2000.

You can't. No support for 16-bit apps there. The best solution is you install Virtual-XP "machine" from MS. For more check our Academy forum, topic "Windows 7 64bit".

If you have Win7 Professional or Ultimate the virtual XP is a free download but if you have the Home version I don't think it is available, even to buy.

I run Stars! on Win7 64 bit in virtual XP and it works fine although the Help page keeps appearing whenever I look at the Research page in the game. I've got round the problem by having the Help page shrunk down and hidden in a corner of the screen so it doesn't get in the way. I don't know if this is a virtual XP problem but the same thing does not happen with my XP laptop.

i have installed the Version 2.70j. it runs very well with virtual xp, thank you for that tip.
but i dont have a working key.

how to contact ron and its it necessary? i mean this game is like 15years old, there must be "free" keys outa web.
