Hi!

It will likely not be a big game, so hopefully not much work. Game's intended start is 10th of June.

Before game starts (s)he would need to check players' turn at 2450 if they got over 20k resources.

When genning the uni he'd need to regen if iron and germ MCs would be 30.

Another thing I'd really like to have checked (and would provide necessary .BAT files to make this easier) is each player to have a decent amount of planets around HW (not in corner, or big sparse gap).
