Does anyone know the exact formula for miniaturization?

I suspect it is

    Cost = Floor(1.4 + (StdCost - 1) * Max(24%, 100% - 4% * ExcessTechLevels))

for a non-BET race.

So far this has matched the results of all the (limited) experimentation I have done.

Can anyone confirm or refute this?

Except that a non-zero cost is never rounded down to zero.

I will try my tests again using this formula Surprised
