| What is the max. miniaturisation level? |

I often use Posey's S/S to calculate ship costs & I never noticed a problem before. However, it shows chaff (scout with QJ5, X-Ray) cost at full miniaturisation as 2/3/3/6 when it's actually 2/2/2/4.
Can someone tell me the max. numbers of miniaturisation levels?
Posey has it at 18. If I modify his S/S to make it 19 it gives the right result. However, I have only checked it at 2 levels; max. tech & one other (which also gave the right result whereas Posey's result was wrong at those levels too).

With the usual disclaimer coming with all answers from the help-file:
* Stars! Player's Guide (March 31, 1998):
With BET miniaturization occurs at 5% per level, up to 80%. Without this trait miniaturization occurs at 4% and tops out at 75%"
* while the Stars Wiki says (perhaps a typo):
"BET: Miniaturization is 5% per level, up to 80% instead of 4% up to 64%"

The BET bit is probably right but, at 75% max. for non-BET, Posey's result is still wrong - so far 76% works but needs more testing.
I'm pretty sure that Stars Wiki has it wrong. 64% happens to be 16 levels which is right for BET.
