multi scrapping

if you are an empire that trades scrappers with multiple empires does scrapping multuple scrappers in the same year ie el 19 & wep 22 give you the chance to get both techs or only 1?

Only one, each year you will only receive at most one tech level from any combination of scrapping, combat, and pop dropping.

Scrapping the ships in groups of five or six seems to give the best results for the cost.
