I want this game to be like an RPG, so all diplomatic interaction is encouraged.
Universe Size: Medium
Player Positions: Distant
Density: Packed
Options:
Accelerated BBS
No Random Events
Public Player Scores
Galaxy Clumping
No HE or PP Races!
No Pre-Game Alliances
Winning Conditions:
All players vote on winner every 30 years after 2550. Must get 4 out of 7 votes to win.
All hours are US Central Standard Time.
Turns generated 7 times a week, daily at 12:30 (half an hour after midnight).
All files will be sent to and from stars@asugusto.com in MIME format. Any email program such as Eudora or Pegasus or Outlook can do that.
If you wish to play please send your race file to stars@asugusto.com . Host is playing so password you file.
First come first served, game starting as soon as we have 7 players.

Because of lost of interest by players when I said I would use the I patch it has been decided that the game will be run with the J patch instead. I have reposted it in the forum.
