Can orbital adjusters terraform on arrival? I think they can, but I'm not sure.

Should this go in CA?

They can (and very useful it is too).
Of note they terraform towards the end of the turn (after bombing).

A CA/IT alliance is a horrible thing to see. IT colonises and springs up a gate in 2 turns. 20 OAs gate in - changing the world from a ~20% to a ~80%, along with a few freighters of IT pop and mins. Hey presto one insta breeder ready for rapid industrialisation.

Thanks. Another question, can they offensively terraform if a starbase is still there?

Assuming the planet survived the 1st round of heavy packeting, of course. The second round should leave them nicely stranded. Twisted Evil

Lol, stranded. Lift, recolonize, lift recolonize. How many minerals did you want to give me?

Now of course if you can muster more forces *as well* as that kind of packet attack, then I (we) should loose our OAs, as the offensive and territory grab would be premature.

But of course, it would depend on how many spare colonizers/freighters you brought to the party. Pirate

Indeed. ITs with OAs have a slight advantage in the matter, but they still need to fight. No magic PRT advantages will save them from that. Twisted Evil
