Wondering what a decent 2450 resource target is for a non-CA HP. Haven't tested many HPs (like 2 and both were econ races) but is 30K-35K ok when it tends to be -f and HG have quite a bit more econ at that point (in tests  )? Also, what is an *OK* year to hit 100K? 2460? 2470? 2480?

IMO you need to test HPs to at least 2460, with 2470 being better for overall performance estimate. OFC you need to limit yourself to amount of planets you expect to get in the game. But 30k at 2450 looks quite decent to me for a HP.
