Game advert said small packed - and I designed and tested my race for that setting.
I dont want to be a pain about it - and will go along with hosts decision, but if given a vote I would vote for it remaining at packed.

Not got IFE - well you might think that, I couldnt possibly comment.

throw out the small sparse test then...

(btw, it was really a pain... Might have been interesting as far as the early conflict. If we only get 8 again for the 2nd like this, it might be interesting to play a tiny packed...)

Having just finished a medium-sparse game where I took NRSE without IFE and was slaughtered (that wasn't the only reason I was slaughtered - excellent opponents and bad play on my part contributed too Nod

) I can only think that NRSE without IFE could be rather tricky Razz

Hmmm,
It must be my mailserver corrupting the files...
I would have to zip up the stuff individually... I opt instead to wait for Ron. You will get notification from him Smile

I just got a confirmation... my mail server is padding each of the files to 1k... grrr.

I am running 2.7j and got the error:

"The file hfriends.m[x] does not belong to this version of stars!"

I originally thought donjon had remade my racefile using 2.6. It seems now it is a systemic problem caused by his mailserver. I think I recall reading somewhere about this error, and that it can be solved by sending your mail mime encoded. (or not??)
