 I didn't know about:
"Your starbase at Arcade built 1 new Carbon Juggernaut(s) but due to a lack of 27B/6 Fleet ID Requisition forms they have been merged with Carbon Juggernaut #41 which fortunately happend to be nearby."
random event? like someone in my starbase messed with the papers Laughing
