Actually, that's the last version of the help file.

The manual is the pdf file that comes on the Stars! CD, which I dug out so I could add the manual to the wiki. While digging around on it(haven't done that since I got it Laughing) I also found the avi movie of the Stars! credits Shocked

Hm ... ok ... guess I got confused by the "doesn't work" ... I'd assume a pdf woud "not open", while the help file instead would "not work", it does give an error when it's not in the same folder as your .exe and it sometimes nags about win32 stuff when opening ...

Oh well, as long as poodle found what he was looking for ... (a trim session? a hydrant? Wink )

I liked watching it... which makes me start to worry a bit... Starsmania must be the name of the disease.

And I don't remember a pdf-manual being included in the the German Stars version. I always considered the tutorial and help-file already far beyond of what's usually coming with a game.

 That's the best place to start.. Do remember to place the .dll files in ur system32 and/or windows folder for the find+ feature to work as well.
It will be of considerable help.

I know my minefields.. but I'm a chaff sweeper.
I used to curse when I got stuck in traffic... till I realised I AM traffic.
