.ua is Ukraine

A DNS request on virus.org.ua resolves to IP 72.232.62.141, which belongs to a Frisco, Texas based company, but as the entire 72.232.0.0/16 section belongs to them, they are probably a webhotel and/or ISP.

A Ukrainian domain hosted on a US server smells like dodgy business to me, I certainly would not trust anything found there Shocked

As for "spying" on people with a keylogger, that can AFAIK be done with a firmware modification to BIOS, so there is no need for adding suspicious looking hardware if you can set it up with the manufacturerers of the laptop.
