This game would be a takeoff on one of my favorite movies, of course… Pitch Black. It would consist of two teams:
1 – The Aliens
The Aliens would technically be allied, but as we learned in the movie, they are more than welcome to attack eachother. HOWEVER, ALL aliens MUST set ALL humans to enemy as soon as they are discovered. The Aliens must all be Super-Stealth, but other than that, SRT’s and stuff are up to them, to represent the different species of alien.
2 – The Humans
Now, I wanted to have some more fun with this, so the humans will be broken up… into people!
Riddick – Claim Adjuster - To reflect the fact that Riddick can survive anywhere, and rise to dominance among anyone, he will be the only Claim Adjuster allowed. He decided who among his friends lives or dies (after all, he can terraform!)
Fry – Inner Strength - To reflect her spirit and indomnitability, Pilot Carolyn Fry will be Inner Strength.
Johns – War Monger - A bad-ass with his fists, with brains lagging behind, Johns will be a powerful ally, until his lagginess nearly gets everyone killed…
Al-Walid – Interstellar Traveller - The man of the cloth uses faith and prayer to help his fellow survivors, and helping them to travel across the horrible wasteland.
Montgomery – Alternate Reality - A female prospector, you can’t get much more alternate than that. Powerful mining abilities.
Jack – Jack Of All Trades - If I have to explain this one, you ain’t playing.
Ogilvy – Jack Of All Trades - Merchant, art dealer, connoisseur, and lush… he does it all!
Zeke – Jack Of All Trades - Prospector… mind you, not too bright when it comes to sticking important body parts into dark holes.
The humans SHOULD all be friends, since the Aliens will be on their asses throughout the entire game, but there’s no guarantees of anything. Riddick and Johns made plans to cut Jack loose, but Riddick backstabbed Johns and saved Jack… it’s a harsh, unpredictable world, isn’t it?
The normal cheats are allowed / disallowed.
If you want to be Riddick, you must write me at least 500 words explaining WHY you want to be Riddick. The best one will win! There will be bonus marks for Riddick-quotes.
The game will go until:
1.) The sum total of one team more than doubles the sum total of the other (Riddick will be disallowed from this equation)
2.) One team (Aliens, Humans) gives in with 2/3 majority of remaining players.
3.) One team wipes out the other!
Now, I want to be an alien, so I am looking for someone to run the game here, as well, and help me sort out the game creation aspects. I'm a player, not an administrator.
