Public Player Scores Not Showing Up

Good day to all of you!

In the No Frills III game we set the winning conditions to need at least 100 years to pass before a winner is declared. We are now in year 2502 and the scores have not become public? Anyone know why? or any way to force them to come on at this point?

Has anyone met the other conditions...?

EDIT: IIRC someone must have 'won' for the scores to be fully revealed in a non-PPS game.

EDIT2: I'm *guessing* a HST file edit could probably turn PPS on.

It is correct that the victory condition must have been met by at least one player before the scores will show up.
