What minerals do you get back when scrapping at a SB (also non-SB planet) when you don't have UR. I think the manual is wrong on this. Thanks.

 When checking this, bear in mind the order of events. Scrapping first, tech gain (and possible cost reductions) later. Use the cost of the ship from the previous turn, or don't advance any relevant tech levels.

 Also look at rounding, eg value of each component may be rounded to nearest mineral at 70%, rather than total all components before rounding... that is impression I got last time I looked.
