I'm selling on EBAY a used LEGAL, ORIGINAL, copy of STARS!; the version is the 2.7 English retail by Empire Interactive.
It comes on CD-ROM within its original plastic case, with the fantastic big original manual printed on paper and another original full color booklet always printed on paper containing the technical reference.

All parts are in perfect conditions ... the game seems bought yesterday instead of several years ago ... the CD-ROM is perfectly readable and all the manuals are without annotations or missing pages or damaged pages,

I don't own anymore the game box.

Because it is an ORIGINAL copy it comes with only 1 valid serial number!

Strange, I thought the box sets from Empire came with 2 serial #'s. You got robbed.

I bought the game in a very seriuos game store ... they NEVER had illegal games.
The box contained 2 labels with the serial number but the number was the same; I attached the firsdt on the CD case and the other one on the manual.

I don't know if in other countries EMPIRE gave 2 serial numbers ... anyway my copy was factory sealed.

If I remember properly, Stars! was sold with 1, 2 or 4 serial numbers. I bought the two pack with a friend.

A friend of mine bought the game the same day ... I asked to him just now and his copy has only 1 serial number; also his one was from EMPIRE INTERACTIVE.

Yeah, the copy I bought all those years ago only had one serial number also. This is not unusual.

Sad to see you go.

I wasn't implying anything was illegal. As a matter of fact, I implied you were possibly missing a SN that you were entitled too.

I have 2 friends that bought the box game, and recieved 2 SN each. I had heard from another person that he only recieved 1 in his box, called empire and got the other. IIRC, the details on the box it came in said 2 SN's included. Perhaps yours is a different box set.

Depends when you bought. I got one of the first retail boxes which contained only one. Shortly after, they started shipping with 2 serials.

You forgot that the weight, due the big manual, is about 600 grams. I'm not shipping only a light CD ... so the 10 USD for the shipping.

About the $30 ... you know that I have to pay for the auction, I have to pay fees on the PAYPAL payment, I have to pay for an hard envelope and I have to spent time going to the post office.
