Corrupt race file hack

The following change below bypasses the race checksum to enable you to open 'corrupted' race files. I'm not sure whether there are any side effects (other than attempting to open truly corrupted race files) as I have not tested this fully.

May be of interest to some.

And http://wumpus.mine.nu/stars/check_race.php still exists if a playing host needs to do a quick fix of a race Smile

And yeah, it's been in a "this will improve sometime" state for a loooooong time now Neutral
