I'd like to be able to tell the difference between the base values for the costs/effects/etc of things as well as their current values...
egs
RS afects both shields and armor values
Miniaturization affects mins and mass
...I'd like to be able to see these effects...either a simple check box "Show base values only" or even showing the figures side by side "figures in blue are current values - figures in red are base values"...really cool would to be able to make hypotheses...If I was this race with this tech blah blah...Item X would cost YYY and be ZZZ effective....or probably more simply...next year(after I get that crucial tech I need coz I foolishly took BET) this will cost $$OMG
