SS tech spy question!

Hi,

some stupid question again:

I thought that as SS I get half of the average of the resources spent on tech, so I will get a bonus of my own research myself (say in a duel 25%).

What happened to me is, that I research, say el, and set research to change to con then. I got a level in el and 2 in con after that.

What happened is, that I got a spy bonus in con only, nothing in electronics...

So does the spy bonus count only for the last level I researched? Is something lost? What is the exact mechanic behind that???

A too lazy to test and bit confused

Yes ... it is bug there. It affects game very little so i have seen very rare complains about it.

Opponent may choose to switch (or even multiple switches with next as "lowest field") between research targets during turn. However SS will get spy bonus as opponent researched only first field. Result is that SS will get more spy bonus in that first field and none in the others.
