How about letting each race have its own picture of an alien/person from that race (e.g. a photo) to make diplomacy more fun?

That should be possible. Currently it only has a 'race emblem' but that should be easy to expand to an image. As far as the host is concerned, it doesn't really matter, although there may have to be a check to make sure there are no duplicates.
