One more question about attractiveness:
I know the formula and mechanics, I just dont know what exactly is taken into account when calculating attractiveness, is it the current cost the OWNER would have to build the ship? Is it the cost the OWNER had when he built them? Is it the cost the one payed who built the ships and then transfered the ships to the new owner?
For example:
An IS builds ships and transfers them to a WM. IS pay much more boranium and resources for the beams than a WM. Does the ship lower in attractiveness???
How do I caclulate the attractivenes of an MT ship? Is it different for WM and IS?
Usually when ships are transfered, the estimated costs for building are reduced (for example for making use of Ultimate Recycling tricks for WM and IS) - does this apply to attractivenes calculation as well???
Huh...???

For scrapping, if it's a gift, you only get 30% of that figure. For attractivness, it will use 100%.

Thanks a lot!
