Poe's Quest

The game will be hosted on Autohost.
First turns to be at 24 hours gens (weekends off?).....
After 2480 or so, it can be reduced to Monday Wednesday Friday if a majority of the players want.

Parameters:
- Medium
- Packed
- Distant
- Slow Tech
- No Acc BBS
- Galaxy Clumping

Restrictions:
- No CA
- no cheats (you can use chaff and split-fleet dodge)
- no pregame alliances
