New Game: Bath in a Blood

Announce for a new game.

Game Description:
This game is intended for beginner players. No players who are o IL or more Graduates of Combat Academy must need apply.
This game will be a ranked game on autohost, with gen times of monday-friday at 0.00 GM

Universe Description:

Small Universe, Dense density, Distant player positions.

Accelerated BBS Start, Random Events.

This universe will house eight players.

Race Restrictions:
No PRT/LRT Banned. Full free in creation ( of course cheating is banned)

Cheat Disclaimor:
No cheats are allowed, published or unpublished, with the exception of chaff and split-fleet dodge.

Victory Conditions:
Victory will be when any player will be the owner of 70% planets.
There is a possibility to win by vote of players in 2500 or later if any of players

Application:
You may join in the fun by emailing your password protected race file to me : lord_of_chaos(at)tlen(dot)pl and I will get back to you.

I'd like to participate the game. How can I do this? Where should I send race file? I never played vs humans before and I don't have a clear idea about how it is organized.
