You asked for it ... ( well some of you did !)

Survivor I is drawing to a close. Anybody who wants another chance or new players interested in a finite game are welcome to join this next version.

Survivor II will be basically the same format as before but this time alliances are allowed ( to stop an early runaway victor !!)and drop outs will be every 10 turns to allow more time to re-position etc.

Rules below;

This is a game based on the survivor game show series where the last one in is the winner. Basically, it is normal Stars! except that after a period of time and at set intervals thereafter the lowest scoring player is eliminated ( Banned from uploading on AH ). game will be on AH. J patch.


It will be a fast paced game with one turn per weekday. No stops other than AH crashes or significant holiday periods.

It will be normal, medium, distant, accbbs, PPS. No pre game alliances,

I would like as many as possible. With 15/16 eliminations commence at 2430 and every 10 years thereafter; 13/14 2440 and every 10; 10-12 2450 and every 10.

If a player drops but still has a higher score they will remain 'in play' and could still win I suppose !

This is a fun game concept, any standard welcome. It'll only take about 40 weeks max.

 Could I have a more detailed rule description? I am in, but just to make sure we all have the same rules in mind.

So is it allowed to fully ally (incl. tech trade, etc.), are there public scores, from which turn on, random events?

All this.... just curious...

 Host just contacted me there is room for a few more races. Take a look at this game, it's short it's violent and it's just about to start. Judging from the players signed up to this point the skill level should be quite good. All prts welcome. See it's even open to the evil CAs. Surprised The game concept is simple, bring your A game and be ready to fight or go home early. Contact the host and get a race in or you will never know if you could have been king of the hill L Blue bounce . See you on the battle field. Twisted Evil

 I have just sent in my race file.

As a side issue, would you be able to tell me what version you will be using and what it should say as the version when I load up Stars! so that I can ensure that I have the correct version.

The version that I am using at the moment is 2.70j.

I guess we are 7 or 8 now, the host sends status-emails to the ones who already contacted him. Send a race and you are in Cool

I have 15 players including me although I am waiting one race file. So the start is now imminent. One more player would make a full set !

We are up to 16 players now Very Happy

Players have until 18.00 GMT 23rd Feb to send me updated races if they want. After that I will gen the game and send to Autohost.

Ron has set up 2 new games these days, but not ours. As I doubt it is his fault, could you please check, double check, triple check if the files have been sent to autohost?

Finally, I have made direct contact with Ron and hopefully the game should 
be set up soon.

Note, I have regenned the original files again. So what I sent previously 
will not be the first turn. You will need to download from AH when it is set 
up.

If the 1st of april the game doesn't start I try to start this game with other GameMaster (e.g. I'm) I'd like this idea but GM doesn't want to create game. are you agree with me?

Ron mentioned on ICQ yesterday that he had received files for more than one game but hasn't had time to set them up yet. He believed the Survivor files were among those ...
