 Hi People,

As of now I have all properly defined races, but in waiting for two bad submissions to rectify I've had two adds (of which, one you see and one you don't) I am still waiting on a final add.

I expect to start working on the gen of this universe perhaps Wednesday...

I may revise alliance defs again... upward, since we now have 11 lessers.
