We haven't mapped out all the costs yet (and some of them are annoyingly interrelated), but if you wanted an all AR game with aspects of other races, that would be as easy as adding <UseAlternate>true</UseAlternate> to each PRT in RacialTraits.xml.

For a while, I'm just going to count on the hosts being honest. I know that isn't always a safe assumption, but planning for a cheating host is too much of a pain.
Eventually, it'll probably have some CRC or something to identify the file, so any change would get a mismatch. This would be applied to the .xy and the components file at least, probably the racial traits file as well. If the host was planning on modifying them, he could give the players the new files and then things might possibly work. I'm not going to spend any extra time working on getting modifying the files in the middle of a game to work.
