I REALLY like AR but they are kinda weak in the current game. I'm not shure just how but what if you change the formula for resourses a bit or make them so that thay aren't that killable in the game (Kill starbase orders)?

It'd be a shame if thay stay weak.

I think I can guess the answer to this one:

"No changes that affect balance of Stars except perhaps to CA. However the game will be flexible enough to let you make your own private versions with your own settings.".


AR are the mineral fountain, the strongest in the end (if they survive). There is a reason people still play them.

If we are going to all ask for balance changes how about "HE should get 100/250 gates because they are kind of weak without any gate.". Wink

Because AR's weak only until it gets enough remote miners. After that it's a -f race, but with much more resources. And in the endgame it has resources AND unlimited minerals while other races have only resources.

Absolutely in agreement - AR's are not weak. Generally, PP is considered to be the weakest PRT - mostly due to the point cost for selecting the race and the fact that selecting NAS provides very little (if any) points back to the race. Only selecting IT costs more than PP and we all know the ease of monstering an IT. In comparison to JOAT or SS that also have penetrating scanner capability that goes with their PRT's, the logic behind PP not receiving an equal benefit escapes most of us.

This is why PP is played less than any other PRT.
